The booking
A signed agreement and 25% deposit hold your date exclusively. The deposit is refundable in full for 14 days after payment.
Payment
25% at booking, 50% six months out, 25% the week of. No interest, no card fees, no surprises after the grid on the pricing page.
Cancellation
More than 12 months out: full refund less the deposit. 6–12 months: half the paid balance. Inside 6 months we’ll work with you to re-date first.
The estate’s promises
The spaces, capacities and inclusions published on this site are contractual. If the site says it’s included, it’s included.
Your responsibilities
Accurate guest counts fourteen days out, insured vendors, and a curfew honoured — midnight in the hall, 22:00 in the garden.
Weather
The rain plan is rehearsed and free. Force-majeure closures re-date at no cost or refund in full — your choice.
