HELD & KEPT
Tables, chairs and linen for 180. Setup from 08:00 the day before, teardown the next morning — never mid-party. The marquee is hired per day, at cost.
Every outdoor chapter has a roofed twin ninety seconds away. We call it at noon, together, and there’s no fee either way. The plat above shows both routes.
Amplified music until midnight in the hall — stone walls keep the neighbours fond of us. Acoustic sets in the garden until 22:00. Sparklers in the courtyard, always.
Bring anyone insured, or draw from our book of forty who know where the fuse boxes are. No kickbacks, no corkage games, no “preferred list” surcharges.
One hundred forty cars on the north field with our own gate marshals. Two local inns hold room blocks; the last shuttle leaves when the last guest does.
Twelve suites sleep twenty-six. Checkout at 11:00 with breakfast in the walled garden — the goodbye is part of the day, not an eviction.
Step-free to every event space. The manor’s second floor is stairs-only until the 2027 lift — the visit pack has honest maps, not brochure maps.
Peak Saturdays from $14,500. Winter weekdays from $6,800. The pricing page carries the whole grid, in daylight — no “enquire for details.”
